Join Franklin Park and the Arts Center for our annual July 4th celebration! Outdoor activities include games and large inflatables, food trucks, and music with DJ Bifocals. Fireworks are accompanied by live music from Loudoun Symphonic Winds. Admission is free, and parking is guaranteed up until 8:00 pm.
