Kids ages 8-16 are invited to join us for the summer camp of their dreams! This interactive and educational 3 day camp encourages creativity and teamwork.
Day 1: Chocolate Making- Learn about the history of chocolate and how to make artisanal chocolate bonbons from scratch!
Day 2: Desserts- Learn how to make classic desserts using different components and the building blocks of a perfect dessert: taste, texture, and temperature.
Day 3: Chocolate Sculpture- Learn how to make custom chocolate sculptures! Award-winning Master Pastry Chef Santosh Tiptur will teach campers ow to cast, build, and decorate a custom chocolate sculpture.
