Creek Critters of the Catoctin in Purcellville - Join the Purcellville Parks and Recreation Advisory Board, Purcellville Tree and Environment Sustainability Committee and Loudoun Wildlife Conservancy to get up close and personal with the creek critters living in the South Fork of the Catoctin Creek at the Chapman DeMary Trail.

Family Swim @ Goldfish Swim School, Ashburn - Whether you want to help your children practice their swimming skills or your family needs some bonding time, a Family Swim is a great way to spend an afternoon. Enjoy your day or evening in our shiver-free pool that’s heated to a pleasant 90°. Family swim is open to the public.
3. Movies Under the Stars - Stranger Than Fiction @ Loudoun Station’s District Park, Ashburn - Please bring your chair or blanket to enjoy the event. Events are free and open to the public, weather permitting.
4. Explorer Outpost @ Sky Meadows State Park, Delaplane - From woodlands to wetlands, fields and pastures, let's investigate the plants, animals and history of farming at Sky Meadows State Park. Each day offers a different investigation. We'll have a table full of discovery items for you to see and explore, and other self-guided activities for you to continue exploring on your own.
5. Kids Yoga with Kristen Golden @ Rust Library - Learn to move, breathe and stretch your body and imagination. Please wear movement-friendly clothing. Yoga mat not required. For ages 2-5.
6. K-Pop Grooves and Games @ Brambleton Library, Ashburn - Learn about the global phenomenon that is the Korean pop music scene, try your hand at some choreography and make a craft. For Grades K-5.
7. Fitness On The Plaza @ One Loudoun - Bring your fitness on! Join us for Zumba classes on the plaza and get active to the latest hits. This high-energy series is a well-attended community favorite. Attendance is free and open to the public.
8. Broadlands Live! @ Hillside Park - Broadlands Live! Final 2022 show on Friday, September 2nd at Hillside Park! Family-friendly event featuring alternative rock, 80's tribute band, balloon artists, face painters, and food trucks.

Live Music: The Quentin Walston Trio @ Rust Library - Heralded as "stunning" and "impeccable" by Clarke Monthly, the Quentin Walston trio blends memorable melodies and striking rhythms with adventurous improvisations. The trio performs exciting originals from the group’s latest release, The Good Book Suite as well as jazz standards from bebop and beyond. This trio’s foot-tapping, fun, and energetic sound is one you don’t want to miss.
10. Friday Rockin Skate @ Ashburn Ice House, Ashburn - Rockin Skate is back every Friday night at Ashburn Ice House! Come out and skate with Music, a Disco Ball, lights and a lot of Fun!
