1. Christmas Tea with Santa at Birkby House! - Come and celebrate the holidays with us at Birkby House! Enjoy a lovely sit-down event and try a variety of holiday teas paired with traditional tea sandwiches, muffins, scones, and cookies from South Street Under. There will be live holiday music, dancing, coloring, and, of course, pictures with SANTA! Pictures are included by Julisa Santizo with Darling Photography!


2. Christmas in Middleburg - Join one of the most fun-filled family festivals of the year in Middleburg with activities, special events, great eats, the famous Middleburg Hunt Review, and a mile-long Christmas parade. Afterwards, experience a Middleburg evening in the town's bistros, cafes, pubs, and restaurants joining in the Spirits of Middleburg.


3. Holiday Road @ Morven Park - Holiday Road is the premiere Holiday experience. Expect to see some larger than life holiday displays, illuminating lights, Santa and Mrs. Claus, Elves, countless candy canes and all of your favorite holiday cheer!  


4. Franklin Park Winter Lights Walk @ Franklin Park Arts Center - Begin your evening at Franklin Park Arts Center’s gallery exhibit of “Along for the Ride” and grab a cup of warm apple cider. Then, continue outside to the back lawn of the Arts Center and wander among beautifully displayed lighted sculptures created by local artists. You may arrive anytime between 6:00 and 7:30 pm—Winter Lights Walk goes dark at 8:00 pm. 


5. Sly's Magic @ StageCoach Theatre, Ashburn - Join Sly on this SATURDAY DATE in December for 60 minutes of comedy and magic. The show will have you picking your jaw off the floor in astonishment, all the while laughing at jokes, one liners and physical comedy.


6. Breakfast with Santa @ Hamilton Safety Center Auxiliary - Join Santa and his Elf for the Annual Breakfast with Santa event. Enjoy a home-cooked breakfast served buffet style, with a visit with Santa, followed by a Fire Truck Ride.


7. Babe's In Toyland @ StageCoach Theatre, Ashburn - Mother Goose Land is all astir over the rivalry between miserly, mean-hearted Uncle Barnaby and young, handsome, gentle Alan for the love of Mistress Mary Quite Contrary. Getting in the act are Jack and Jill, Little Bo Peep, and many other Mother Goose characters, along with Barnaby’s clownish hit men, Roderigo and Gonzorgo. Trying to escape, Alan and Mary have to pass through the dangerous Spider’s Forest. Even in Toyland they are not safe, and the fast action and beautiful music continue.


8. Christmas and Holiday Parade @ Ida Lee, Leesburg - On the second Saturday of December, the holiday spirit will be in full swing as Leesburg Glitters & Glows with the Annual Christmas and Holiday Parade. The parade will usher Santa and his friends down King Street, through Historic Downtown Leesburg. The parade will begin at Ida Lee Park and end at Fairfax Street. 


9. FREE  Holiday Take & Make Craft from JC Penney - FREE Take and Make Craft!. December's Craft is:  Decorate a Holiday Magnet!


10. Grand Menorah Lighting @ Lansdowne Town Center, Leesburg - This year Chabad of Loudoun County will be having a grand Menorah lighting at the square in Lansdowne Town Center. There will be dignitaries..Scrumptious Donuts...Hearty Latkes...Warm Apple Cider...Chocolate coins..And last but not least....The most amazing performance by the incredible Hasidic Country Music Singer and performer, Aaron Holder. Aaron Holder's music is a combination of Folk, Pop, Country, Rock and hint of Reggae, laced with a deeply spiritual vibe.
